Let’s be honest, zelensky is not trying to negotiate. Face to face meeting is not blocking anything.
He’s just trying to create a news circus and humiliate Putin publicly.
Because this meeting is not in good faith, it is just never going to happen.

So I doubt that as terms were laid out and they are not surrender terms, there is no way Putin can backtrack on that if zelensky really wants to negotiate. Truth is none of them want war to end as both sides believe they are winning.
