Colombia is currently establishing its first Legal Commission for Science, Technology, Innovation, and Future Studies (Bill No. 081 of 2025). This legislative initiative, submitted by Senator Guido Echeverry and Representatives Jennifer Pedraza and David Racero, represents a project of nationhood designed to transcend government cycles and electoral agendas.
