You’d have to be an actual demon to do what they did every day. Hope they track them down
Why are they still referred to as “rebels”? The old government collapsed, they are the government now.
They aren’t even done combing countryside from SAA stragglers, nevermind having any kind of coalition deal by now
I mean yeah but they named a transition prime minister so they've at least started doing the whole government thing.
that’s just the old prime minister kept in place so that whatever underfunded state apparatus was there keeps running, to not worsen humanitarian situation. they don’t have anything agreed last time i’ve checked
It's not though. It's the same guy who has been leading the SSG (HTS's civilian government project) in Idlib. It seems HTS is mostly running the show here, which admittedly doesn't make it clear what the other groups have to say about it.
they at least have signed a cease-fire with the kurds reuters.com/…/syrian-democratic-forces-rebels-rea…
That's the SNA, which is the other major player in Syria. They're supposed to have been involved in the offensive but I'm not hearing much about them getting involved in Damascus politics.
Easy there Ahmed. You’ll get called differently as soon as you get a new official title
That’s an interesting posts succession
