I’m surprised he’s not suicided yet.

Israel is almost certainly involved in this - either through pure fabrication, "opposition research"/digging up dirt, or some combination. But its also true that powerful men do shit like this all the time, and it isn't automatically made up because it is someone we are 'rooting for'.
I feel like this is all the more reason why these prosecution teams need to be spread over several people, both so that if/when someone actually does do something shitty, or when someone is framed for doing something shitty, they can step aside with no delay or questions raised about the prosecution.

That being said, even if these accusations were/are true, what difference does that make to prosecuting Benjamin Netanyahu? They're completely unrelated. It's like saying labor unions are bad because Cesar Chavez was a rapist. Whataboutism.

Well said

I’m curious how this might work, or at least be different from what they currently do. You would still need someone in charge to lead the project, and so any controversies with that person can still cause issues.

Replacing critics and opponents with puppets is the goal here and that’s always helpful for rogue states.

I don’t know how ICC works and whether a new puppet prosecutor could revoke the order for Netenyahus arrest or not, or perhaps someone could appeal and a new judge would vote in his favour.

So not sure what you mean by unrelated if replacement of the prosecutor with a puppet would directly benefit the puppeteer.

Easy job really. Take a bunch of unreleased files, replace Trump with this dudes name, and you’re done. I mean you still have those, right, mossad?

This is exactly how Isreal is leading the U.S. decision making. They have dirt - fabricated or otherwise - on everyone. If they don’t get what they want, Isreal threatens people with exposure and if that fails, releases the dirt and pushes to get the person kicked out of power.

Fuck Mossad. And ICC should protect their employees by keeping them anonymous until they have actually caught the suspect.
