How nice of them to release kidnapped civilians.

Reddit_Is_Trash@reddthat.com on 24 Nov 2023 15:10 next collapse

Good, now we should execute 12 hamas terrorists for kidnapping civilians in the first place.

PsychedSy@sh.itjust.works on 24 Nov 2023 20:03 collapse

Executions are bad news bears my friend.

WeeSheep@lemmy.world on 24 Nov 2023 16:16 next collapse

Didn’t the ceasefire call for 50 of the kidnapped civilians released?

cuibono@lemmy.world on 24 Nov 2023 17:49 next collapse

50 over the course of all the days of ceasefire to ensure nobody breaks the ceasefire. Israel will do the same with their 150 civilians. If you release all at once, there might be an incentive to break the ceasefire earlier.

OurTragicUniverse@kbin.social on 24 Nov 2023 19:13 collapse

Except isreal broke the ceasefire within 2 hours.

They teargassed the Palestinian families waiting in line for their children to be released from isreali prisons too.

The deal will take place over the ceasefire period, not all at once.

donuts@kbin.social on 24 Nov 2023 17:35 next collapse

Ok now do the other 200, shitbags.

OurTragicUniverse@kbin.social on 24 Nov 2023 17:49 collapse

Has israel released any of the palestinian children they had imprisoned?

NoneOfUrBusiness@kbin.social on 25 Nov 2023 06:36 collapse

The deal does involve freeing 38 Palestinian prisoners so they will AFAIK.
