Well since Africa has been the dumping ground and resource rape by many countries not just the U.S. They didn’t have the infrastructure or logistics to prevent something like this and relied on US aid.

I’m right there with ya. The U.S. is quickly turning into a 3rd world country banana republic. It’s time for other nations to pickup the slack and realize that red, white and blue cow ain’t always available for milking.
