I mean… blocking anything from Meta benefits democracy, if only by a micron.
Everyone should block everything from Meta
and not just Meta, but everything enabling spying of the citizenry… google, ring, etc.
But not for the reason Russia is doing it.

They slowed it. Blocking Telegram would start an instant s**t volcano in Russia, perhaps a bigger one than officials currently expect to contain.
