Yeah, pretty sure it’s total consumption divided by number of inhabitants. So all the Chinese shit we (are forced to) consume is in those numbers.

forced to. It has been democratically chosen. People wanted cheaper stuff no matter from where, however produced. So, eventually, all manufacturing moved to china. And now, yes, you, anon, are forced. But this choice was made by the society you live in, not by evil corpos or a secret government.
