Like it or not, diplomacy is necessary

Those who oppose the EU plan to host Taliban want Afghan refugees to remain in Europe, but Europeans don’t want them. Consequently, the EU has no choice but to return them to Afghanistan or countries in Africa which are willing to accept rejected asylum seekers from the EU.
