By the end of 2018, around 80% of the resort had been completed, according to research carried out by satellite imagery firm, SI Analytics, based in South Korea.

What kind of bugs does North Korea have? Do they get into these largely abandoned structures easily? Is there a reason to infest an area as big as an abandoned hotel? Does NK have enough food to sustain an insect population?

Large empty weatherless spaces don’t like to stay empty.
