This is pretty much what I imagine whenever I read “slams” in a headline.

Perhaps the title should have been ‘as calls for boycotts multiply’.
They’re referring not just to countries but also numerous artists who’re also boycotting it.
I personally find the whole show so cringe that I can’t stand to watch a single minute of it, but never understood why it is called Eurovision, when it contains countries from out of Europe. But nazi state of israel should not be in it for sure.
The organisation that started it is called Eurovision.
The cringe is why many of us tune in. We’re here to watch the car crash.
They should make a rule that Eurovision is only for European countries.
Problem solved.
As a EU citizen, I am quite happy to listen to Georgian and Armenian singers.
Genocidal theocracies could be a good conservative ban.
At least according to wikipedia at least, Georgia is widely considered to be part of Europe even if it straddles the border. Armenia is stuck wholly in Asia, though.
I hope that the participants all realize they have a world stage including Israel viewers and they collectively agree to Kneecap the shit out of it.
