The Home Office’s decision to ban Palestine Action as a terrorist group last year was unlawful, a three-judge panel at the High Court has ruled.

They have skipped reading the ruling or the press summary and misunderstood the ruling. This is a preliminary ruling (clarification: an open judgement). Quoting from the press summary:
It indicates that the claimant had grounds to dispute the Home Secretary’s measure (proscription), but the court has not yet issued relief (has not yet canceled the proscription).
Valid grounds for challenge, one example of many:
Current status:
Bruh that headline is straight up misinformation then
Edit: it is not that bad, it’s an open judgement, it can be appealed but if the appeal fails, relief will be granted to the claimant (proscription will be canceled)
Sadly yes, journalistic standards are not high up today. Check everything, because people don’t bother checking and want to publish first. :o
There is reason to expect that the proscription will be canceled.
I don’t recognise the state law as a righteous law anyway - there are more important laws than the opinionated statements of a few hundred aging or dead men. State law might govern the low-income population but it does not govern or define fact or reality, as reality is irrefutable and empirical.
By labeling Palestine Action as a terrorist group, without delving into the broadness of their own definition, the government imply to the public that the group is cruel or manipulates using terror, which is false as PA do not participate in cruelty.
