Yes, that’s happening in all advanced countries due to declining birth rates.
Hardly. A lot more reasons than can be squeezed into one. Taiwan needs to prepare to defend against China is a reason, but is also just one of many.
It’s 4 rather small private universities. Doesn’t seem like any great loss to me.
