No, Ukraine did not have any great "score" earlier as with operation "Spiderweb" to "provoke" such attack.
It was just our Constitution Day yesterday. Just so people here understand what Russians mean by "root causes of conflict".

It’s been open war for the last three years. Idk if you can blame the latest salvo on Russians being extra mean during Constitution Day any more than you can blame the next Ukrainian salvo on Russians deserving a double-plus bombing on Lenin’s birthday or whenever.
Every proposal for a peace plan gets flattened with a media barrage of “They’re inhuman monsters who are incapable of peace and all deserve to be exterminated!” So until the two countries can get past that (or one/both finally collapse - which I’ve been told will happen very shortly, continuously for the last three years) we’re going to continue to see new records set in the number of atrocities committed into the foreseeable future.
In January 2024, Putin again made statements which suggested, according to the Institute for the Study of War, that his "maximalist objectives in Ukraine" remained unchanged, "which are tantamount to full Ukrainian and Western surrender". He again called for the overthrow of the Ukrainian government.
It's not that I didn't know any of these, it's just that you just provided sources that debunk your own arguments.
Just few weeks ago Putin said in a speech (rough translation):
Russia is where Russian soldiers foot stepped.
Which is like, one of most fascist things I've ever heard. I'll even provide Russian source:
I think your implication that a strike on Russian oil infrastructure that kills a civilian working there is equivalent to a strike on a Ukrainian apartment building is wack.
You heard other people say that, not me. Go respond to other people who are saying that instead of responding to someone who is NOT saying that (me).
What is your argument here? Honestly I’m confused about what your stance is. How far do you extend this moral equivalency? A strong case can be made that Russia’s oil industry is a vital part of its war machine, but I don’t think you could say the same about a Ukrainian coffee shop. Is it just as bad to kill a child by bombing a school as it is to kill an adult by bombing a weapons manufacturing facility?
From my perspective Ukrainian strikes are carried out in self defense against military related targets, while Russian strikes are often purposefully hitting targets not related to the military.
So, searching through Russian news, I found like 1 mention of any casualties in 10 successful oil industry strikes.
So that's just mostly peaceful civilian oil bases getting hit, that supply peaceful oil to peaceful refineries that then supply peaceful gas to peaceful Russian war logistics and other parts of their peaceful war machine.
You're just holding Ukraine by much higher standards. While Russia deliberately kills civilians and then says "US made us do it", so it's okay. And Ukraine trying to carefully disarm the aggressor can also be labeled just as bad as aggression itself and blamed on US.
Man, your worldview is so warped it hurts. And worst of all - you've tried to tell a Ukrainian that we should just "get over that" while Russia continues to do terroristic acts just for the sake of doing them.

Maybe cause Russians are dying out and putin is becoming desperate, their birthrate dropping 1/3 since the beginning of the war and deaths are crazy much thanks to putin. He’s saying now his women should get 3 kids or if possible 9! lmao cannon fodderrrr. They made abortions impossible, which will make women more scared of pregnancy and the dangers, and divorcing has also been made more difficult. Putin cant hold the war up much longer :)

Can you elaborate on Ukrainian salvos please? And also - on Russian peace proposals too.

Not to mention Russian denial of the very existence of Ukrainian identity and statehood, which he also did in that same speech.
Man, just read these sources, because you're repeating Taco Don's rhetoric about "kids fighting in a sandbox".
I guess it’s cool to kill civilians when they’re roughnecks?
Strange that you would pretend ignorance up front
I think your implication that a strike on Russian oil infrastructure that kills a civilian working there is equivalent to a strike on a Ukrainian apartment building is wack.
I’ve heard Americans say the same about Middle Eastern casualties weighed against Israelis.
Certain people’s lives simply don’t matter.

You can learn more about Russian strikes on Ukrainian civilians here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attacks_on_civilians_in_the_Russian_invasion_of_Ukraine
And that’s the problem. Any amount of bloodletting is permissible if you stick “I think they’re defending themselves” in front of it.
So long as you’re aligned with the US of course.
