Well the opposition doesn’t even try to gain control tbh. BJP’s biggest reason for victory is a weak opponent. I see people who don’t like BJP will still vote for BJP because the opposition candidate in their constituency is a bigger idiot than the BJP’s.
The biggest reason is the electoral system, featuring first-past-the-post districts.
Thats just cope and propaganda, BJP is carrying out big scale rigging and propaganda campaigns.
No one is denying that. But BJP has already swayed the public mind in 2014 itself and opposition doesn’t even try to change it.
Logical conclusion of liberal democracy every time.
