Six Ukrainians and a US citizen have been arrested by the NIA for entering restricted areas in Mizoram, crossing into Myanmar, and engaging with insurgent-linked groups. The anti-terror agency has alleged that the group had plans to train militants and supply weapons, including drones, in a suspected cross-border terror network.
