I do not like Iran or their government, but I do find it funny that it seems everything they are doing is specifically designed to piss off Trump and Netanyahu. Trump’s biggest weakness is that he’s an idiot and Iran is fully taking advantage of it. Eventually they’ll just let everyone in the world through except the US and Israel.
That’s their tactic, to alienate US more than the US trying to alienate themselves against their own allies. Malaysia get the go-ahead because majority of malaysian hate israel.

Is that tankers destined for Malaysia or registered in Malaysia? I wonder how Iran keeps track of where the ship goes after passing.
Probably, the ships that some Malaysian diplomatic contact tells Iran about. Maybe after some negotiation, maybe not.
And then the receiver is free to resell the oil anyway.
