There ale reports that rebels claim that institutions will be preserved for 18 month transition to prepare for free election.

That would be mind blowing if true, though while I am hopeful I’m still skeptical if that will actually happen.

Here’s a crazy idea: maybe Turkey, Iran, and Russia (and the US, and Israel, and the EU, etc) should shut the fuck up and let Syrians decide for themselves. Crazy, right?
