Sparking protests? Against what, nature or is the government providing inadequate aid?
Are you seriously asking if people are protesting the weather?
No, obviously. The article brings it up and doesn’t explain anything beyond “discontent.”
The country can’t get it’s shit together and it’s been months since most of the people have had reliable power. No reliable power means no refrigeration which makes keeping foods challenging.
Yeah but protests in Cuba aren’t going to do much, it’s mostly the US embargo that’s keeping them down.
