July 30 (Reuters) - Grenadian Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell said on Tuesday that early estimates suggest that losses from deadly Hurricane Beryl, which hit the Caribbean earlier this month, likely total as much as a third of economic output.

What a prime example of how climate disasters will not be equal or evenly distributed.
A nation that puts out less than 3 tonnes of CO2 emissions per capita gets devastated while the powers that be in a nation outputting five times the emissions per capita sit and twiddle their thumbs, parroting whataboutisms.
I have a cousin in Grenada. Her area is fine, but some of the devastation she’s shown has been absolutely horrific.
The island that was worst hit is called Carriacou.

A very pretty town even after a hurricane blew through
All the photos she shares of Grenada show a really beautiful place to live. Apart from the hurricanes, I do envy her.
That said, she has a house on the beach, so I’m guessing that house won’t be there in a few years.
