No Merzie. If politicians can’t separate Israel from Jews and criticize the former yet protect the latter, then don’t be surprised Pikachu if other people don’t either. It is you who’s equating the two, making Jews vulnerable to accusations of genocide, even if they loath Israel themselves.

Other way around. The thing Israel is being criticized for is causing hatred of Jews. Want to protect Jews? Stop the genocide. But Germany has a blind spot for this big enough to drive a whole second holocaust through.

I think people can separate between people of a faith and a genocide government better than he thinks.

What I would hope to see of Jewish communities all over the world is some public separation from and critique of the Israeli governments actions.
