Could very well be a real tunnel that they've added stuff too.
I remember last time they totally "found" the tunnels under the hospital, I think it was CNN, commenting on how they saw weapons deliberately being placed around and specifically toured to these locations.
So we already know they're faking stuff previously, casts huge doubts on any finds now.
