I will note, however, that my TikTok settings are very customized, even being on iOS. I’ve gone through every single setting, both within the app and within the iOS settings, and I’ve turned off anything and everything that can be turned off. TikTok sees virtually nothing. So, maybe I’m not blocked because all TikTok knows is that I’ve got an iPhone, I may or may not be in the US (I keep on VPN), and that I’m Trekkie who enjoys ASMR videos at night, but that’s about it.

Take a look at the public NPR board at the bottom. I just clicked one executive and here is a paragraph on her:
Most recently, Levene was President of the National Media Group at Meredith Corporation, where she oversaw the company’s 40+ iconic brands including PEOPLE, Allrecipes, Entertainment Weekly, InStyle, TRAVEL&LEISURE, REAL SIMPLE and Magnolia Journal. She joined the company in 2019 as Chief Strategy Officer. Later that year, she was named Chief Digital Officer, responsible for the digital P&L of the company’s iconic brands. In late 2020, she was named President of Meredith’s National Media Group adding the print and licensing businesses to her management portfolio and making history as the company’s first female Corporate Officer. As President, she led the National Media Group through a period of unprecedented digital expansion, revenue growth and diversification, and strategic application of first-party data and consumer insights. Prior to Meredith’s sale to IAC’s DotDash in December 2021, the National Media Group reached nearly 190 million unduplicated American consumers every month across digital, print, social platforms, video, audio and connected home assistants.
NPR is who the board is. They’re trying to hide it a little more behind links and I don’t have time to go through everyone. I bet there are a shit ton of corporations on there like the last time I checked in 2024.

He’s a billionaire that paid tons of money to both parties (let’s pause and think about this for a moment because as obvious as it is to all of us, we tend to forget that it is not normal to live in a two party state no more than it is living in a one party state), leaning mostly republican.
So, I guess, as billionaires go, he’s not the worst offender. But, as billionaires go, he will always do what is financially expedient- that’s why any rich person pays both sides, so that regardless who comes out on top YoY, they win.

My point is that with control of TikTok, they can control enough of the voting population to be set forever (media is like, wow we don’t understand why young men have suddenly started skewing right wing hard), granting them the capacity to give as many billions they want to their private army. I legitimately think that 2024 was the last time we will have come to a semblance of a fair election- which I believe it wasn’t either way. They needed to win that one, the last one, every one after this will be “free and fair” in the Russian or North Korean sense of “free and fair”. I mean they are blatantly open about it, on every level, no need to even go into the fingerprints they left all over, or the times they literally were caught or did it anyway- 2000 elections being settled by the SC, voter record purges, buying votes, redistricting and gerrymandering, bomb threats to polling stations, mail in ballots banned, that time they were literally investigated by the FBI in Georgia and destroyed the servers, that whistleblower in charge of the voting machines getting assassinated, it just goes on and on and on…
On your second point, I’m with you, I answered one of your other comments, but it’s like… You have to tread lightly because you don’t want to give the nazis free ammo with that shit. Liberalism <—> Fascism.
Take a look at the public NPR board at the bottom. I just clicked one executive and here is a paragraph on her:
NPR is who the board is. They’re trying to hide it a little more behind links and I don’t have time to go through everyone. I bet there are a shit ton of corporations on there like the last time I checked in 2024.

A bit too inflatable-looking for me, but you do you.
Inflatable? Come on. There’s is nothing “inflatable” about her. That is clearly a very high-end silicone model. Joe Rogan, a multi-millionaire, would own nothing less.
They’ve said publicly they intend to turn it into a MAGA-first platform. And now people are surprised?
and it should die just as X Tawtter should.
and so many called leftists cant even shake the twitter monkey off their back. fuck anyone still using that cp site.
Or maybe don’t let billionaire fascists make everything fascist?
Fucking libs supported this all the way.
Liberalism <—> Fascism.
Better get used to it. The oligarchs are swallowing up all the media companies in the US.
They’ve been gone a while sadly, most haven’t noticed.
They’re actually already basically done, since like a couple of months ago or so. It’s kind of pretty very extremely fucked up!
MS Now/MSN seems to have honest reporting (at least some).
MSN is owned and operated by Microsoft Corporation.
MS NOW (formerly MSNBC), is a cable news channel owned by Versant Media Group.
Versant Media Group is an independent publicly traded company, after they spun off from Comcast.
Comcast CEO Brian L. Roberts and his family retain significant share holder control.
They are establishment Dem propaganda. I’ve noticed recent instances where they seem to be somewhat complicit or cagey with their language regarding all the fucked up shit that’s been going on. I.e. using language like “some people argue,” instead of plainly stating obviously illegal or fucked up shit. Their rebranding to MS Now was specifically to distance its brand from be a “resistance brand,” according to the CEO.
^ Is this a message from 1776?
Worth noting is that among the investors loyal to Trump is Larry Ellison, renowned massive turd of a human being. Just totally coincidentally, his festering dingleberry of a son David Ellison is the person that installed the pro-genocide propagandist Bari Weiss as editor-in-chief at CBS.
Unrelated: Do you ever wonder how tender billionaire flesh is?
No I don’t. I just like the sound it makes when it slices.
Thanks Biden!
Yeah the attack on TikTok is a bipartisan (aka zionist) endeavour.
I’ve only come across loops.video today. I’m not really the target demographic, but it seems like it should be spammed as an option for those who would normally like to brain rot on Tic Tok.
Meanwhile, we in Europe have American Billionaires constantly attacking any government or legal body that enforces their own national laws, by threatening to sue and throwing childish insults for suppressing free speech.
Many of us haven't ever had legal freedom of speech in our constitutions, but the reality is we have a lot more than Americans right now.
Well the companies that own social media have a right to moderate as they see fit, and the government has a right to force them to regulate speech behind the scenes. So, freedom of speech means dick online. I mean elsewhere, present company excluded. Reddit is a world better than the rest of them but they’re fucked too and clearly getting worse, as any company going public will be, even without fascists seizing absolute power and nothing left to stop them.
The government doesn’t have the right to regulate free speech behind the scenes. It has the ability to, but it is considered a violation of free speech for them to do this. Not that anyone cares.
It worked in America, so…
Reverse colonizers.
This is a bigger threat to democracy than ICE.
Gee I wonder why the USA bought it.
Idk, the federal agency with 200 billion in the bank I think it a greater threat, seeing as tik tok is just one social media company. They all steal our data too, and sell it, including to the chinese the entire thing was bullshit. Once again it was because of Israel criticism being allowed, they didn’t falsely claim they were terrorist sympathizing by acknowledging what was going on over there.
Israel first, to such a degree it makes one wonder why they care so much, until you remember epstein was a honeypot for israel’s intelligence agency to get blackmail on US politicians, and the UK. And businessman, the ivy league in general, swells. They’ve a critical mass. And they could have more than just child fucking blackmail too.
I don’t know what to say, the situation is beyond unbelievably fucked up, and I genuinely don’t see how it can ever return to normality.
Our elections have always been corrupted to one degree or another. The concept of a popularity contest where the person that makes the most money generally wins is complete bullshit for a democracy.
USA has never had a fair election. It’s never had a fair election system. It’s just some scheme concocted by literal enslavers so they can maintain their disgusting privilege.
What no one mentioned so far: going these lengths literally confirms this
usis a weak spot.Well, weak spot removed for a majority of the voting public. This is going to be so fucking bad…
TikTok was a weak spot for the zionist majority, thus it’s destruction has bipartisan support.
What a joke. I hope tik tok crashes and burns.
They did all of that, because Israel. Because tik tok declined to rig moderation in favor of Israel. They care more about that country than our own. Now what were we talking about, epstein, ahem. Completely unrelated I’m sure, except for all of the child fucking blackmail Israel holds, that might have something to do with it now that you mention it.
It’s literally the only thing I could imagine being bad enough to go to these lengths over. The Maxwell connection with her father and Mossad is the inflamed fucking toenail they are trying to hush up to hide the gangrene.
It’s got to be so fucking bad, like, I am beginning to think that the pedophilia isn’t the worst part, more like the tip of the iceberg, and that whatever that shit would uncover would spell the fall of nations, civilization or straight up nuclear war.
I wonder if trump blowing bubbha can possibly be real. Can you imagine. That would do it, if it came out.
I hope the zionists regime crashes and burns. TikTok is just another victim. It’s easy and socially acceptable to attack your fellow victims, but there’s nothing to be gained by it.
Tik tok is the enemy now.
What are “things I’d rather be said by my opponent rather than my ally” for 500?
Thus driving the proliferation of alternative platforms, encryption, etc. They can’t put the toothpaste back in the bottle.
…”bottle”? Is it “bottle”? I’ve never bought toothpaste in a bottle, it always comes in a squeezie pouch nozzle thing…
Tube.
In my defense I was extremely high when I typed that comment. It’s not that much of a defense because I’m usually moderately to pretty high.
I though the saying was that you can’t put the genie back in the bottle.
I really don’t think the average tiktoker knows most of these words
Eventually everyone will know them
It wasn’t just the US. I’m outside and I couldn’t write the word in DMs either.
Bullshit on my end. Just checked another person’s ability to search and see Epstein videos on TikTok. Didn’t see any censorship there.
It might be algorithmic targeting. Or AB testing. We live in a world where no one sees the same site anymore.
man, if people only knew how deep that rabbithole was. At a company I worked at we’d sell ad buckets based not only who people were now, but who our models said they were probably likely to be in the future. It was a goldmine. CTR rate was extraordinary.
That’s insane, do you know what data it was trained on?
I cant say without losing a lot of anonymity, sorry.
That’s understandable. Did you ever try to see your own future?
I don’t doubt that it’s a gold mine. But that’s because all tech corporations are ponzi schemes pumping the AI scam as quickly as possible before it deflates. The chatbot at your job really isn’t doing what they say it is.
post links.
Shadow posts have been a thing since twitter.
Wish they’d move to the Fediverse instead of people uninstalling TikTok to install some other app that could potentially change its algorithm or funding at any time.
Something about America being the home of free speech… lol
They practice something called ‘Freedom From Speech’, as in they’re freed up by not having to say anything.
Why should everybody get speech for free when the Ellisons have to pay so much for it? \s
Bruh. It hasn’t even been a week and bullshit like this happens.
Enshittification alternative phase 3: let the government goons run your platform.
Israel fanatic Larry Ellison took control of TikTok to ensure no one can say anything bad about the genocidal colony or it’s neocon agents in the American regime
Yup
odysee.com/…/Netanyahu-talks-how-he-wants-to-cont…
Most of them don’t know how to spell it anyway.
Once Trump gets involved in something you know that eventually we’re going to find out it’s even more nefarious bullshit. We must clean and disinfect the huge stain left after he enters the clearing at the end of his path.
THAT’S CENSORSHIP
No no it’s freedom.
This and zionism were the whole point of the attack on TikTok that the libs fully supported.
Now the libs want to attack “social media” in general.
Social media is a cancer
Who the hell is still on Tiktok? Those poor bastards had a year to jump ship.
This country sucks. Get me out of this shithole country, I wish i was smart enough to learn mandarin
Didn’t expect that Chinese TikTok was more democratic than American TikTok. This was unexpected plot twist.
Would Chinese TikTok allow anti-CCP content? I genuinely asking. If it does then yes, we can say it’s more democratic. If you mean that the “Chinese” TikTok allows anti-ICE and anti-MAGA/Trump content then this is just a foreign country that has nothing to loose from this, which is not necessarily “democratic”, it’s just that they probably have something to gain from it.
