I see all of these actions by the government to address and reverse the population decline but they seem so insignificant and half assed.
This is a very serious issue for a society and it has the potential to get worse in a geometric decline fashion, making it very time sensitive.
Actions that may help today will be useless on the near future… I think governments are not giving this issue the seriousness it deserves and are acting way too slow. By the time they realize this it may too late. They may be obligated to do some very uncomfortable containment actions.
This is like a company addressing poor employee retention by throwing a pizza party instead of addressing real issues.
Women’s rights, the cost of childcare and housing are too hard to fix, so let’s set them up on dates!
