What is photographed and distributed is only the tip of the iceberg: The vast majority of offenses are committed beyond the range of the cameras, and in the vast majority of these cases, the army responds weakly if at all. Some of the incidents are serving prosecutors in The Hague as proof of the allegations against Israel.”
