KEY POINTS
The U.S. Treasury Department has made clear that Cuba is not allowed to take delivery of Russian crude.
The warning comes at a time when two tankers carrying Russian oil and gas are thought to be on their way to Havana.
The fuel-starved Caribbean island is facing its biggest test since the collapse of the Soviet Union under a U.S. oil blockade.

I’m not too keen on going through the whole dating thing. If someone arrives at my door and tells me we shall be dating now, I’ll consider it. But other than that, I’m not gonna bother at this point lol
I see we follow the same dating strategy. It didn’t really work out for me in the last five years, but I have the feeling that will change any minute now.
What a slightly irritates me is that, yeah, for me it’s a joke, but that’s exactly how it worked out for a friend. She and some friends wanted to go to a party and a friend of the friends decided to join them and rang at her door. They are happily married now.
