It does have standards and they aren’t even double standards.

Make money for those involved in running FIFA seems to be the single standard that they are going for.

If this involves following the double standards that allows governments to condemn Russia but support Israel then they’re ok with that.

FIFA isn’t the only one guilty of this. Eurovision also have the same double standard. Russia banned from competing straight away, meanwhile Israel weren’t banned last year, despite much complaining.

Then again, Eurovision’s main sponsor is an Israeli company.

Russia wasn’t banned, they pulled out.

It doesn’t change the fact what last year the Israeli delegation did was reprehensible, they should have been disqualified just based on that.
