Ukraine planend for this. Create shortage in Crimea. Destroy rail connection, destroy the fuel trucks sent to help, forcing Russia to use all their ships out in the open and then destroy the ships when they’re lined up. Whoever is doing the planning in Ukraine, they’re very good.
