AFAIK Munich Police was already using it. Also, Danish police uses it in a custom implementation, ordered by “ChatControl 2.0 guy” Peter Hummelgård.

Funny thing is: they bought it because they supposedly got offered a once in a lifetime deal but are not allowed to use it. So now they are scrambeling to “fix” the law around this.
