Its the first line of the article. I don't like the guys either, but reading more than headlines is something everyone should do, and is partly to blame for the sensational news bullshit we deal with today.

These are privately owned services. Forcing them to be a platform for specific voices is the opposite of what you’re advocating for.
As for myself, I’d prefer to live in a society where voices of hate and bigotry are not amplified.
There needs to be a distinction between the right to free speech and the right to a massive megaphone and 50 kwatt PA system. You can go out in the street and say whatever the hell you like. You can set up your own website and do the same.
