Israel excused him of the compulsory military service because as a teenager he was associated with terrorists.

His group made a statement about a Christian politician, and like a day later he was killed.

About a week before the attack in Israel, this guy was running around saying spitting on Christians is basically a Jewish religious tradition and as evidence pointed to a church that lots of Israelis make a point to spit on once a day.

Like, “religious extremist” gets used a lot these days, but this guy is on a crazy level. And Bibi put him in charge of the police.

as a teenager he was associated with terrorists.

As a teenager he was the head of the youth wing of a group the israeli government deemed terrorists.

a statement about a Christian politician, and like a day later he was killed.

He personally held up yitzhak rabin's car hood ornament at a press conference and said "we can get to your car, we can get to you" shortly before the then prime minister was assassinated by a fellow far right israeli.

Ben Gvir is a lifelong, on-the-record proponent of genocide who was officially labelled a terrorist by israel and almost certainly helped kill yitzhak rabin and end the peace process.

Gvir should face this at the very least, every day for the rest of his life.
justice is not a natural phenomena, we have to make it and uphold it as a culture. would love for that to be possible some day.

No he should not. No one should have to face abuse like this daily in prison. He should be locked up and treated better than he would treat others

Stop calling them pro-palestine. It’s antithetical to what’s really happening. People are against genocide. That’s it, and they’re being deported, and shamed for it. For fucks sake, we teach in schools about the holocaust, and say shit like “never again”, all the while providing these fuckers with financial assistance and weapons to commit genocide.

For the people who don’t know who he is

Ben-Gvir is a settler in the Israeli-occupied West Bank, whose “political background lies in Kahanism - a violently racist movement that supports the expulsion of Palestinians from their lands”. He has a long history of anti-Arab activism leading to dozens of indictments and at least eight convictions of crimes including incitement to racism and support for, as well as possession of propaganda of, a terrorist organization (the now illegal political party Kach). As a lawyer, he is known for defending Jews accused of Jewish extremist terrorism on trial in Israel.
