So how does Iraq feel about this?

Sounds like the current Israeli playbook is spreading. I wonder how this will end (in thermonuclear Armageddon).

This isn’t new. Turkey has been bombing PYD (Rojava) for a decade and PKK affiliated forces in Iraq for longer. They consitently target civilian infastructure such as food storages and the electronic grid.

Don’t sell Erdogan’s government short - they are their own fascist brand, no inspiration needed.

Rojava burns and the world yawns, busy with playing human suffering like team sport.

Sounds more like you've just been unaware of/uninterested in the plight of the Kurds until now. I'm the last person to defend Israel, but trying to blame this on them just derails the conversation from those responsible.

Not a first though. Just a couple of weeks ago aljazeera link 27 dec 23 :

“Turkey has hit 71 sites allegedly linked to Kurdish groups in Syria and northern Iraq during air raids launched this week in retaliation for the deaths of 12 Turkish soldiers in Iraq, the defence minister has said.”

The US abandon the Kurds.
