So the tourists get off and then don’t buy anything? Seems there’s more than enough money to go around but the E-corp is paying off local politicians to keep all the money in their hands.

These things symbolize everything wrong with capitalism. Privatize profit, externalize costs - economic and environmental, and the costs they can’t dodge are kept as low as possible by burning the dirtiest fuel possible and dumping their waste at sea; mainly used by baby boomers and the people which have the same mentality.
