Some people cannot be convinced to become vegan. For these people a more effective strategy may be to convince them to eat more meat and a less healthy diet so they die quicker. The idea being short term may increase the amount of animal suffering but long term it pays off. Additionally, any detriment to fertility may have a positive effect from a vegan standpoint.
