Way to go Poland. Some countries in the EU are closer to banning calling vegan food “food”. BTW, Poland is joining a restrict club with 2 members: Portugal and Spain
Just kidding. While I eat meat, I’m glad to have all-veggie or mostly-veggie meals as much as I can^[Disclaimer: I am a bit lazy about it, but I probably have a fifth of my meals completely meat free… and half with minimal meat], and wider support for this would be delightful.

There’s some communities on here with more vegan recipes if that helps
At the moment, I just tend to either do like rice and beans, or a veggie stir fry, or really my favorite: cook any vegetable until half or so done, melt butter and saute in salt, msg, fresh ground pepper to finish cooking and get as much water off so the butter sticks to the veggies and makes the seasoning well distributed. If I want to add an acid like lemon, I cook off the water from the butter and lemon juice, then add the veg and stuff. It’s simple, but it just makes that veg absolutely shine, and I’ll have 1-2 veggies with some rice.
But I should expand my horizons a bit. Lots of people have great ideas that are tasty :)

Its the term I use :)
I’m probably not quite there yet, but I’m slowly headed that way :)
