The stuff processed with things added, not counting any supplementation with necessary vitamins, is not really so good for you, getting enough variety of natural food from plants is the important thing, this includes the whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, edible flowers, leafy greens, edible stalks, edible tubers, edible bulbs, edible roots, seasonings from herbs, sometimes getting some readied dry seaweed to use a little, still up to thirty different foods from plants each week, and with thirty this way would be the best, without animal products. It may be reached with a gradual transition. It can save individuals from health problems they would have later, still with very enjoyable meals, like what I learned to have, really soon after coming to have whole foods from plants when I learned about this healthy way.
