Why not a better way like changing to the way I have?

Products from animal agriculture are not essential for our health, as we should know. They are not even better for our health. Having whole foods without the processed stuff put into foods, with the food derived from plants, is the healthiest for us, with more of the variety of foods from plants being better, up to thirty that are different every week. Why have animal products? Those will not help coming close to that. So why continue traditions with use of animals when we can do better, with better ways not contributing to use and slaughter of animals that in our culture we would not permit to a dog?

… not essential for our health.

… not even better for our health.

You know that. I know that. Vegans agree with that. Carnists don’t. I really wish it was easy to change their mind. Unfortunately, we can keep fighting, and leading by example.

The whole foods from plants are so very healthy for us. As an example I made a meal with quinoa, green lentils, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, butternut squash and squash seeds, a little broccoli, celery, cabbage, guacamole, jackfruit, medium salsa and hummus, and various seasonings, a bit of dried seaweed, and triscuit woven crackers were added. I try now for at least as much variety in cooked meals, with use of whole foods from plants.
