Last year didn’t more people stay vegan then ever before?

Edit: Yep

After moving and starting a new job I also started my way to vegan. Initially it was hard. But now, 4 years later, I couldn’t care less for meat.

I started feeling better overall and lost some weight, but not that much. I also developed some allergies that I didn’t have before. I can’t have tomatoes or potatoes or onions and I definitely can’t eat garlic. If I do, I get a horrible gastric reaction. I eat beans mostly with rice and such. I eat all sorts of greens and a variety of stuff that is not allergenic. Life is good. I suggest that you try oy out. Just give it a chance. It will take a while before you see any benefits, so stick to it for a while. At least just reduced your meat intake.

I noticed that I don’t get joint pain after welding stuff in the garage.
