80,000 different edible plants, and you all ear the same 3 dead animals?

Animal agriculture produces ~14.5% of human greenhouse gas emissions (FAO) and drives deforestation and biodiversity loss.

Producing 1 kcal from beef uses 20-100 times more land than producing 1 kcal from plants.

Plants provide all essential amino acids when varied and total protein needs are generally lower than commonly believed.

To adults who reveal an ignorant belief that cows magically make milk, dropping a hint about why cows produce milk all the time and why female humans they know do not. Hint: it’s not a difference in biology across mammalian species, it’s perpetual rape and forced impregnation and birthing.

Why do humans stop producing milk, is the process of stopping production painful?

being vegan helps against bad skin, think pimples and acne, and makes your blood (plasma) cleaner since it’s not full of animal fats that clog up your arteries

Growing up, I’ve had bad acne. The kind where your mother would get you all kinds of different ointments, cremes, peelings, and face washes to contain it. Sadly, that didn’t help.

Fast forward to around 5 years ago, before I went vegan, it wasn’t as bad as when I was a teenager, but I’d get pretty bad pimples on my shoulders and my back. Might also be related to my sweating a lot but that’s besides the point. After I went vegan, it didn’t go away magically, but it got a lot better. Nowadays, I still do get the occasional pimples on my back and shoulders, but they’re not as nasty as they used to be five years ago, and they don’t hurt as much.

I take it it didn’t help you?
