I know people have complained in the past about the quality of this sites rss going down hill. Well, I guess good rss is paywalled. I believe good content should have value returned to it but I don’t feel great about rss getting locked down.

Ah, that explains it. I get the want and the need to monetise your product, but taking free features away to make them paid? Not the way to go, imo.
