Hi guys. I just got tagged in a Github issue, that allegedly gives me a grant. I did not click the link (off course) and suspect its a scam. Never participated in something like that and don’t even know their repository. I highly discourage anyone from clicking their links!
I was just looking at the user and saw the only thing this account created are 11 or 12 more discussions like these by tagging random people. My suggestion is to report the post you are tagged and report the user to Github. github.com/GhoulStatesman
I hope this place is correct to share this.

You think that’s a scam? No shit it’s a scam
I get maybe 5 or 10 emails about this Solana thing per week (to my spam folder of course), saying I’ve been granted some crypto that I need to claim. I’m not sure what they’re actually trying to do - gain access to crypto wallets maybe?
Yeah this is a new type of scam where they duplicate issues on a new repository and tag users to get them to go to the fake repo thinking it’s a repo they are in usually.
Yeah, I got it too
