I’m looking for free resources to learn backend development. I prefer video-based content with a complete, step-by-step learning path. I want lots of hands-on practice, exercises, and real projects to work on.

Search for " Zero to Mastery" channel on Telegram app…it has plenty free lessons
Or check out a YouTube channel called "JavaScript Mastery "
Another option to consider: freecodecamp.org/…/intro-to-backend-web-developme…
The Odin Project
Free and open source curriculum for full stack.
App Academy used to have an awesome free programme to go from zero->developer with over 1000 hours of lessons. I can’t really tell if they still offer it, based on their public site. If they do, it’s better structured than Odin.

You could take a look at these courses for ASP.NET or Spring if you are looking for something that isn’t JavaScript.
