How do I Create a Post in Two Communities?

I’m trying to figure out how to create a post that shows up in more than one community. There is a pull down menu to select one community but it doesn’t seem like more than one can be selected. I think that I’ve seen other people do it. I’ve searched for it but haven’t found an answer. The join lemmy intro website does not seem mention it either. on join-lemmy.org/docs/introduction.html . Is there a Lemmy posting tips and tricks summary somewhere other than the RTFM option?
