Many oceanic organisms, notably sponges, diatoms, and many ocean microbes, use silicon for their skeletal structures. They absorb dissolved silicon from their environment in a process called biosilicification. Presumably they could use the silicon in chips / circuit boards if you could dissolve it in the water.
Other than that, the only thing I can think of is my dog. That dumbass will eat anything.
