Could spiderlings still balloon on a gas giant’s moon like Titan (ignoring the strong likelihood that Titan’s atmosphere would kill a spider rather fast)?

If there are wind currents and sufficiently dense enough atmosphere, I would have to imagine it’s possible. Assuming they can survive literally everything else that would kill them on such a moon or planet.

I’d say absolutely… There’s less gravity and more atmosphere, so there’s a lot more buoyancy in the air than there is on earth, meaning that ballooning or draglining would be a lot easier.

It’d be kinda like swimming in the dead sea… Denser liquid means you float easier.
