IMO, i think Sensodyne Repair and Protect (with Novamin) because apparently Novamin^™️^ is the shit

Im curious if anyone has a recommendation for one without sodium lauryl sulphate or other foaming agents…

Probably will vary with your teeth, gums, age, and the pH of your saliva. As well as what metrics you’re judging “best” by.

Basically, it’s subjective

That’s an answer I can sink my teeth into.

You named my brand :)

Anything that doesn’t have “Whitening” as a descriptor.

I just wish there were more foods/drinks that naturally stained your teeth white as opposed to everything brown

Sorry, I hate Sensodyne. I’ve tried three types and gave up. Not only it doesn’t make my teeth less sensitive at all, it also irritates my gums to the point of bleeding. Switching to any other toothpaste takes me back to status quo.

My favorite used to be Colgate Total 12 but they’ve altered the formula and it’s now just Total, no 12, and this already caused me problems. So at the moment I’m looking for a good toothpaste.

My favourite toothpaste is any tube that says “Toothpaste” on it, hopes this helps! 🤗

Seriously tho, I should probably care more cuz there was this article I read about widespread lead and heavy metal contamination: theguardian.com/…/toothpaste-lead-heavy-metals
