I feel like the only thing I’m aware of that I would actually be able to recommend is a low-sugar (<= 5g sugar) kombucha but its pricey as hell per can (like $3.50-$4.00) …Could definitely recommend a <=5g/L wine lol

Also fresh mountain juice, but you got to check the source periodically.

Juice is touted as healthier because the sugars are supposedly slightly more difficult to break down, but at the end of the day it all goes into the blood and ends up either immediate energy or fat. You may also gain some other nutrients, depending on the fruit, but you will still have much less benefits than actually eating the fruit itself. According to the article, you may gain some benefit to drinking 5 oz (150 ml) of juice daily. The below article goes into more detail.

Supposing the difficulty in digesting fructose was all about controlling a spike in blood sugar, then this paper appears to say that fructose is a better option.

All in all, juice is a nice treat, but eating a piece of fruit is better. If you want flavored water, there are many sugar free options as well.

If you’re concerned about the price of kombucha, you can always make it yourself. It’s quite easy and very cheap.

Not concerned

Probably clear juice, which is what I called water to get my little sister to drink it when she was a toddler.

When I was in Thailand, guava juice was the cheapest, and happened to have the lowest sugar and highest fiber, which helps your body process sugar.

Guava is my pick.

Interesting, had never heard of guava in that capacity;

Will check it out
