Depends on where and when you were and who your lord was.
In general, there was less mobility; you’d spend your life in your village, doing one thing with the support of your community. Labour was all manual; water generally came from a communal water source, there was no indoor plumbing, everyone only had a few sets of clothes, medicine largely didn’t exist other than local herbal remedies. Most commoners couldn’t afford slaves. Religion was a mystical thing that dealt with all the stuff you didn’t know because you had no formal education and the church ran their services in Latin. Men generally held jobs based on apprenticeships, women generally ran households until they died in childbirth. There was no separation of work and leisure time; you worked all day six days a week until sunset, but not as intensely; breaks were taken whenever appropriate for what you were doing. On the seventh day you took a break if you were a man; you took a partial morning off if you were a woman. Going to church was a part of every day for morning and evening prayers.
This is all focused on Europe, and is massive generalizations.
