I think the one in Philadelphia seen on How To Get Away With Murder is it for me.

It made me think of the opening to Faure’s Pavane with the harrowing strings

That’s actually the one I thought of! I thought it was the Capitol building though. I saw it driving through Philly once and it really made an impression on me.
