Off topic but has anybody experienced a pixel touch screen just flat out stop working? I have a 6a and the screen displays just fine. It just doesn’t register touch. I can’t even log in to my phone…it’s useless. I had to reactivate my old pixel 3 just to have a phone until I figure out what to do.

Yes, both my wife and I’s phones died in the same way. Register touch, but no screen.

There’s an option called Screen Protector Mode that ups the sensitivity on the touch screen. That might help you hopefully?

You can plug in a mouse with the adapter that came with the phone to get around the touch screen not working temporarily to change the option.

I tried the mouse thing with a wireless mouse. Do I need a wired mouse for it to work? I can’t seem to get that to work at all. This is all so frustrating

Software updates aren’t what they used to be anyways, but w/ the buggy updates, I’ve been dragging my feet even more. I’m usually 1-2 months behind nowadays on my 7a
